In this episode, I will introduce you to TPRS (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling) method. It's an amazing tool, which helps you to learn languages through listening the stories.

Steps:

1. Listen to the story. (don't read the vocab nor the transcript)
2. Read the vocabulary.
3. Listen to the story again and try to answer questions.
4. Listen the story while reading through the transcript.
5. Listen the story final time (without transcript)
6. Try to answer the questions.

        Vocabulary:  

Nouns:

• заяц            =   rabbit
• морковка  =  carrot
• гора             =  mountain
• лапа            =  paw
• уши              =  ears
• нос               =  nose
• цвет             =  color
• небо            =  sky
• облако       =  cloud

Verbs:

• называться  =   to be called
• любить           =   to love
• лежать            =   to lie (on something)
• держать         =   to hold
• смотреть       =   to loot at something

Adjectives:

• целый           =   whole
• длинный     =   long
• маленький =   small
• белый           =   white
• серый           =   gray
• толстый / толстенький =  fat/fatty
• оранжевый =  orange
• зелёный       =  green
• голубой        =   blue

Adverbs:

• слишком   =  too (as in "too many")
• много          =  a lot, many
• сильно       =  really, strongly
• немного     =  a bit, not many

       Transcript:

                 История называется : “Слишком много морковки”. Это история про Зайца. Заяц очень сильно любит морковку. У Зайца есть слишком много морковки. У него есть целая гора морковки. Он лежит на горе морковки. Заяц держит в лапе морковку. Заяц смотрит на морковку. У зайца длинные уши и маленький нос. Заяц белого и серого цвета. Заяц немного толстый. Он толстенький. Морковка оранжевого и зелёного цвета. На голубом небе есть белые облака.
